結(jié)構(gòu)特點 Structural characteristics
Y2緊湊型高壓高效系列電機采用高強度鑄鐵結(jié)構(gòu)，定子采用F級絕緣真空壓力浸漬無溶劑工藝處理(VPI)，轉(zhuǎn)子為籠形結(jié)構(gòu)，采用鑄鋁一次成型工藝，也可根據(jù)客戶需求生產(chǎn)銅條轉(zhuǎn)子。該系列產(chǎn)品具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、體積小、可靠性高、造型美觀、噪音低、振動小、使用維護方便等特點，適用于風(fēng)機、水泵、壓縮機、工程機械、礦山機械等設(shè)備。
The Y2 series of high voltage high efficiency compact three phase asychronous motors with high strengh cast iron structure, insulation class F stator made by VPI process, cage structure rotor made by once forming process, or copper strip rotor made by mid-frequency welding process, have the characteristics of high efficiency, compact structure, small volume, high reliability, beautiful apperance, low noise, little vibration, maintenance convenience, and can be applied to fan, pump, compressor, mining machinery, engineering machinery, etc.
